Software License Terms and Conditions
Please read this agreement carefully as it contains important information about your rights and obligations when using the Pawtul software.
Important - Read Carefully
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Pawtul LLC ("Pawtul"), for the use of the Pawtul web application ("Software"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Documentation").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
1. Grant of License

Pawtul grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software and Documentation, solely for your own personal or business use, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
What This Means:
You Can:
- Use the software for personal or business purposes
- Access all features included in your license
- Use the documentation provided
You Cannot:
- Transfer the license to others
- Use it beyond the granted scope
- Share your access credentials
2. Restrictions
To protect our intellectual property and ensure the software's integrity, the following restrictions apply:
No Copying or Distribution
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Software or Documentation, or any portion thereof, without our prior written consent.
No Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
No Commercial Redistribution
You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software or Documentation to third parties.
3. Ownership

The Software and Documentation are owned by Pawtul and its licensors and are protected by:
- Copyright laws and international copyright treaties
- Intellectual property laws and treaties
- Trade secret protections for valuable proprietary information
Trade Secrets
The structure, organization, and code of the Software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of Pawtul and its licensors.
Rights Reserved
All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by Pawtul and its licensors. You are granted only the specific rights outlined in this agreement.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
What This Means:
No Implied Warranties
We do not provide implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
No Performance Guarantees
Pawtul does not warrant that the Software or Documentation will meet your requirements or that the operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Use at Your Own Risk
You use the software at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring it meets your needs.
5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PAWTUL OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION.
Types of Damages Not Covered:
đŧ Business Damages
- Loss of business profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of business information
đ Consequential Damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Indirect damages
𩹠Personal Damages
- Personal injury
- Other pecuniary loss
- Third-party claims
Maximum Liability
In no event shall Pawtul's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Software and Documentation.
This limitation applies even if Pawtul has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
đ Automatic Termination
This EULA shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Upon Termination, You Must:
Cease All Use
Immediately stop using the Software and Documentation
Destroy All Copies
Delete and destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation in your possession
What Happens After Termination:
- Your license to use the software ends immediately
- You lose access to all software features and services
- Any data stored in the software may become inaccessible
- You remain liable for any breaches that occurred before termination
7. Legal Terms
âī¸ Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
đ Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pawtul with respect to the Software and Documentation and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Pawtul.
âī¸ Modifications
This EULA may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.
đ Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
đ Agreement Summary
By using the Pawtul software, you agree to:
Use the software only as permitted by this license
Acknowledge Pawtul's ownership and intellectual property
Use the software "as is" without warranties
Resolve disputes under United Kingdom law
